Janice brings more than 13 years of hands-on property operations experience to Veritas. Her background spans vendor coordination, construction project management, property inspections, maintenance oversight, and resident relations across residential portfolios in Northeast Florida and Texas.
At SunCoast Property Management in Jacksonville, Janice managed the complete property turn process — coordinating contractors, preparing scopes of work, conducting interior and exterior inspections, and documenting conditions. At Odin Properties, she managed leasing operations and daily vendor and maintenance coordination for Jacksonville residential communities. She is experienced in Yardi property management software and Fair Housing compliance.
